In addition to Health Records on iPhone, Door County Medical Center (DCMC) now offers 1upHealth on Android phones to patients who are Meditech portal users, to make it easy for patients to see their available medical data from multiple providers whenever they choose.
Previously, patients’ medical records were held in multiple locations, requiring patients to log into each care provider’s website and piece together the information manually.
1upHealth is a free, secure platform that aggregates all your electronic health and claims information. Patients with Android phones can now get a central view of their allergies, conditions, immunizations, lab results, medications, procedures and vitals.
