Door County Medical Center (DCMC) Administering Moderna COVID-19 Boosters

Door County Medical Center (DCMC) is administering only Moderna COVID-19 boosters at this time.

The COVID-19 vaccine boosters are interchangeable. Anyone over the age of 18 who has completed their primary series of Moderna or Pfizer at least 6 months ago can receive a Moderna booster.

Anyone who had one Janssen (Johnson & Johnson) COVID-19 vaccine at least two months ago may receive a booster dose. All boosters are interchangeable, but the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) recommends staying with the same brand as original doses. Please bring your vaccination card (virtual cards are accepted) and your insurance card.

If eligible, please schedule a booster vaccination appointment through the DCMC Patient Portal at www.dcmedical.org/covid19. If you do not have a DCMC Patient Portal account, please call our COVID-19 hotline at (920) 746-3700.
