Bring along social security numbers and dates of birth for all immediate family members, proof of income documents for 2022, email address, and healthcare.gov sign in info.

Help is free. Use a computer in our conference room. Certified Application Counselors will be there to help guide you from start to finish. Appointments are available M-F 8am to 3pm (arrangements can be made outside these hours upon request).
