Powerful Tools for Caregivers is an evidence-based workshop designed to help family caregivers gather self-care tools that:
  • decrease stress
  • improve confidence
  • enhance communication skills
  • resolve problems
  • identify emotional meaning
  • cope with difficult feelings
  • make tough care decisions.

Powerful Tools for Caregivers is completely free and locally offered by two extensively trained facilitators. The workshop meets one day per week over six weeks. Materials and refreshments are included.
