Donation Request

Please allow 4-6 weeks for processing, which includes reviewing, processing paperwork, check procurement and mailing.  Door County Medical Center policy regarding the sponsorship of community activities and events require that they benefit community health.

Due to increased overall costs in the face of declining reimbursements, we need to be the best stewards of our resources we can. As such, the full amount of your request may not be granted, and in some cases, we may need to decline the opportunity. We appreciate your understanding as we navigate these changing times.

Exclusions

Exclusions include:

  • Capital campaigns and endowments Individual and personal initiatives, including individual employee/family initiatives (other than possible in-kind support)
  • Political organizations programs which may be in conflict with Catholic Health Care values
  • Golf outing sponsorship requests over $5000
