Dr. Candace Cohen provides Behavioral Health services at Door County Medical Center Sturgeon Bay Clinic.

Dr. Cohen is from Louisville, KY and graduated from University of Kentucky College of Medicine in Lexington, KY. She completed her residency at Medical College of Virginia and University of Wisconsin Department of Psychiatry. In her free time she enjoys reading, watching classic movies and spending time with family.

Dr. Cohen is certified as a General Psychiatrist by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology.
