Hourly Rate Equivalent:
1x your annual salary
If enrolled in HSA plan, hospital contribution: Single - $1,000; Employee and family - $2,000
Full time employee can earn 4 weeks and 4 days of paid time off the first year of employment
Provides counseling services to employee and immediate family
Degree max: Associates: $5,000 - $9,500; Bachelors, Master's or Doctoral: $8,000 - $15,800
PM differential (3pm-11pm): additional 10% of hourly rate; Night shift differential (11pm-7am): additional 17% of hourly rate; Holidays paid at time and one half (worked hours)
