Direct access or self-referral to physical therapy is available. We see patients at several convenient sites located throughout Door and Kewaunee counties.
In addition to working in clinical settings, our therapists provide services throughout the community, including:
- Door County Schools (Occupational, Physical Therapy and Athletic Training)
- Athletic events, performance enhancement, and injury prevention
- Birth to Three Program
- Door County Senior Center
- Door County YMCA (injury consultations, aquatic therapy, Parkinson’s exercise groups)
- Businesses in Door County (as part of Occupational Health for Business)
Physical Therapy
Physical therapy supports patients with injuries, rehabilitation after surgery or chronic pain. Our therapists enjoy getting to know patients as they work with them on their journey to recovery. Our goal is to get each patient back to doing the things they love, back to work, and back to living life to the fullest.
Therapy specialists work with hip and knee patients, hand patients and people suffering from TMJ and other challenges. Our award-winning therapists work closely with physicians, surgeons and you.
Occupational Therapy
Our occupational therapists work to ensure patients have the skills necessary for satisfying daily lives. Therapists do everything for ensuring a safe discharge from the hospital, to working with employees who suffer tendonitis from repeated motion. Occupational therapy also provides therapy to make life easier for those with cognitive and memory issues.
Our occupational therapists work closely with children both in the school setting and through our pediatric occupational therapy department.
A physician's order is required to insurance reimbursement of occupational therapy.
Massage Therapy
Our experienced, licensed massage therapists provide a wide range of massage styles at three locations: Rehab Services in the Cherry Point Mall Sturgeon Bay, The Women’s Center at DCMC, and DCMC’s Algoma Rehab location. Massage appointments are available by the half hour or hour, and are affordably priced.

Massage offerings include: traditional Swedish massage, deep tissue, hot/cold stone, sports massage, cupping, prenatal massage.
In order to continue to provide high-quality massage services, massage pricing will be changing starting July 1, 2024. New pricing will be as follows: 30 minutes $60; 60 minutes $90; 90 minutes $130. Employees and Auxiliary members will receive a $5 discount for 30 and 60 minute massages.
Athletic Training Services
Meeting the needs of student and adult athletes through Preventing and successfully treating athletic injuries is the goal of our athletic trainers. These professionals who are experts in injury prevention, assessment, treatment and rehabilitation.
We are proud to provide complimentary athletic training services to all Door County High Schools, including support at all high school athletic events and personal consultations.
Our athletic trainers also provide support for athletes of all ages at community events including the Door County Triathlon, Door County Half Marathon, Fall 50, Senior Center, as well as consultations for YMCA members.
