The Sturgeon Bay Clinic provides primary care / family medicine as well as specialty care services including cardiology, ear, nose and throat (ENT), family medicine, general surgery, internal medicine, behavioral health, neurology, neurosurgery, OB/GYN, occupational health, orthopedics, pediatrics, podiatry, pulmonary medicine, rheumatology, sports medicine and urology.

Comprehensive diagnostic and ancillary services are also available, including audiology, bone densitometry, defibrillator & pacemaker clinic, diabetic services, EKGs, home health, a fully equipped laboratory, mammography, MRI, PET scan, stress testing, ultrasound, wound clinic, and diagnostic imaging services.

Sister Bay

DirectCare

DirectCare provides medical services at 911 Green Bay Road, Sturgeon Bay for minor, non-emergency medical concerns that may require an in-person visit with a healthcare professional. DirectCare also offers some on site point-of-care testing — basic tests that provide rapid results for immediate medical decisions.

Procedures and labs that are not available at DirectCare include: X-rays, stitches, and laboratory tests that require blood draws. Additionally, DirectCare is not available for children under 12 months of age.
