Heidi M. Derbick provides Behavioral Health and Family services at Door County Medical Center Sturgeon Bay Clinic including routine pediatric and adult care.

Heidi is from Sturgeon Bay, WI and graduated from Concordia University Family Nurse Practitioner Program in Mequon, WI.  She completed her post masters psychiatric nurse practitioner program at the University of Tennessee.  In her free time she enjoys spending time with family and scrapbooking.

Heidi is board certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center.
