About the Ministry Fund
The Door County Medical Center (DCMC) Ministry Fund was established in 1999 when DCMC merged with the Ministry Healthcare System. At that time, DCMC was gifted $8,000 to assist people in need within Door and Kewaunee counties.
The Ministry Fund assists individuals and families by providing shelter, utilities, food, clothing, medications, medical care, transportation, and many other essential items and services.
Our 'Mission & Values Week' online auction is an annual fundraiser event that generates the critical financial donations for us to be able to sustain this very important altruistic mission. To date, the Ministry Fund has gifted over one million dollars to those in need.
NEW THIS YEAR: Bucket Raffles - for every $1 spent on a bucket raffle, you’ll receive one entry into that particular raffle grouping. You’re allowed to purchase as many entries as you would like. You can pay your entry dollars immediately by credit card or after the auction ends by credit card, payroll deduction, PayPal, check, or cash. Winners will be picked randomly and contacted at the end of the auction period on Thursday, October 5th.
