Door County Medical Center Partners with Integrated Telehealth Partners to Offer Telehealth Services in Behavioral Healthcare

Patients of Door County Medical Center (DCMC) can now receive behavioral healthcare closer to home through a partnership with Psychiatric Medical Care's telehealth division, Integrated Telehealth Partners (ITP). This new partnership will include outpatient services for referrals made by the DCMC staff and consultancy services for the DCMC emergency department.

We are pleased to announce Shane Colvin, M.D., is now providing Pediatric services at Door County Medical Center. The services Dr. Colvin will be providing at DCMC include, but are not limited to: Newborn Exams, Well Child Exams, School Physicals, Sports Physicals, clinic visits, sick visits in the setting of hospital services, attendance at newborn deliveries, community service and public health outreach, as well as additional special initiatives in the setting of DCMC healthcare.

Robyn Weilbaker, FNP-C Joins Washington Island Team

Since Fall 2019, Robyn Weilbaker, family nurse practitioner, serves as a full-time provider at Door County Medical Center’s (DCMC) Washington Island Clinic, alternating weeks with Dr. Beth Lux. Robyn’s role at the clinic is to help keep the community healthy with regular well visits and screening, visits for acute illnesses, and injuries like sprains and lacerations.

Dr. Terry Reisner: Joining the Community

For Dr. Terry Reisner, joining Door County Medical Center’s Algoma Clinic as a family physician is a perfect fit with his background and values. “I love working in small communities where people work hard and put family at the center of their lives,” he says. Reisner comes from a family of millworkers and farmers in East Iowa, and after several years practicing medicine in the western states, he is looking forward to returning to the Midwest.
